Can the watermark be removed?
It is drawn into the page content, so it will not lift out with a click. Anyone determined enough can still edit a PDF — treat a watermark as a signal, not as security.
Can I use an image instead of text?
Not yet. Logo watermarks are on the list.
Does it cover my text?
It sits on top at reduced strength. Lower the strength slider if it competes with the content.
