Questions

Can I get PNG instead?

Not yet. JPG keeps the files small, which matters when a long document becomes dozens of images.

Why do the files download one at a time?

Each page is saved as it finishes rendering. Your browser may ask you to allow multiple downloads the first time.

What resolution do I get?

Twice the page size at 72 dpi, so a standard A4 page comes out around 1190 by 1684 pixels.
